James Comey testified before Congress today and changed his story, saying that Joe Biden and Barack Obama did not try to influence the Michael Flynn investigation.

Today, James Comey testified before Congress that neither Joe Biden nor Barack Obama sought to influence the FBI's handling of the Michael Flynn investigation. The problem is this testimony directly contradicts hand-written notes taken by Peter Strzok immediately after the infamous White House meeting on January 5, 2017.

You have now heard from almost everyone who was in the room, and they have all told slightly different stories. The only two co-conspirators who you haven't received testimony from are Barack Obama and Joe Biden. If their subordinates had their stories straight, then it wouldn't be necessary to hear from them. But because we now have so many conflicting stories, these two men must be forced to answer for their involvement in the Michael Flynn witch hunt.

That's what it was... a witch hunt. We now know that the FBI started the process of closing the Flynn investigation just two days before this White House meeting took place. It was after Joe Biden recommended a Logan Act approach and Barack Obama gave the investigation the green light to move forward that Peter Strzok succeeded in re-opening the probe.

It is disgraceful what they did to General Flynn. He has had his life ruined, his name sullied, and spent his entire savings mounting his legal defense. Now, we know that the recommendation to use the Logan Act as an excuse to spy on Flynn came directly from Joe Biden.

You must force these men to testify. I understand that it is not normal for a former President and Vice President to be subpoenaed to testify before Congress. But it is also abnormal for the President and Vice President to participate in a seditious conspiracy to derail an incoming administration.

We know that the Michael Flynn investigation was illegal and unconstitutional because it lacked a proper predicate. We know that Joe Biden and Barack Obama not only gave the probe their blessing, but they recommended the very strategy that Strzok used to ruin Flynn's life.

This was criminal. The only question left is whether Biden and Obama are accessories or conspirators...

I am demanding that you issue subpoenas to both of these men to compel their testimony. The American people deserve the truth and Michael Flynn deserves justice.
