Bombshell: New Docs Show Joe Biden Joined Deep State Plot to "Get Trump"

For the last four years, we have been piecing together the story of how the FBI launched its investigation into Micheal Flynn. We now know that it was Joe Biden who encouraged the DOJ and FBI to investigate Flynn for violating the Logan Act, a law that has not been successfully prosecuted since it was passed in 1799.

Last week, we learned that FBI agent William Barnett attempted to close the FBI's investigation into Flynn on January 3, 2017. The following day, he was asked by Peter Strzok to keep the investigation open because he may have found a new strategy to go after Flynn: the Logan Act.

One day later, on January 5, 2017, James Comey and Sally Yates went to the White House to meet with Barack Obama and Joe Biden (along with other administration advisors). This was the infamous meeting that Susan Rice memorialized by sending an email to herself on inauguration day promising that Obama told the FBI to conduct the investigation "by the book."

After the meeting was over, James Comey called Peter Strzok to tell him what happened. Strzok memorialized this conversation in handwritten notes and reported that Joe Biden instructed the FBI to move forward with the Logan Act investigation.

What followed was the worst political witch hunt in American history. Michael Flynn had his good name ruined, was forced to spend his entire life savings to defend himself, and was ultimately pressured into pleading guilty after the crooks on the Mueller team withheld exculpatory evidence from him.

The crimes here are many, but the most obvious one that sticks out is "Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law." Colloquially known as "abuse of power," 18 USC Section 242 makes it a felony for any Federal official to, under color of law, willfully subject any person to the deprivation of their rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

No one has ever been successfully prosecuted for speaking to a foreign government official because those conversations are protected by the 1st Amendment. Joe Biden knew that the Logan Act was a dead end, but he recommended that the FBI pursue it anyway as a pretext for keeping the investigation into the incoming Trump administration going. Joe Biden participated in a scheme to deprive Michael Flynn of his rights under the color of law. There is also reason to believe that this January 5, 2017 meeting could rise to the level of a "seditious conspiracy."

James Comey is set to testify on October 30 about this scheme and Andrew McCabe is scheduled to testify the following week. But the evidence now shows that you must also call Joe Biden in to testify as well. Just as the FBI was closing the investigation into Flynn, anti-Trump agent Peter Strzok used Joe Biden's recommendation to continue an illegal and unconstitutional investigation.

Joe Biden must be subpoenaed to answer questions related to his involvement in this scheme.

The American people deserve the truth and Michael Flynn deserves Justice. With the exception of Barack Obama, everyone else in the room will have already testified as to what happened. They are all telling slightly different stories (Sally Yates claims that Comey was the first to bring up the Logan Act). Joe Biden must testify and explain why he inserted himself into the FBI's investigation of Michael Flynn.

This isn't about politics. This is about getting to the truth. If you will not pursue that truth by subpoenaing Joe Biden to testify, I will have no choice but to remove you from office and replace you with someone who will!
