Publicly available evidence now paints a clear picture. The illegal and unconstitutional effort to investigate then-candidate Trump as an "insurance policy" in the event Hillary Clinton lost went all the way to the top. Not only were Barack Obama and Joe Biden briefed, but they instructed the DOJ and the FBI as to how to conduct their investigation.

We now know that the cover-your-behind email that Susan Rice sent herself minutes before being kicked out of the White House was just that: an attempt to protect herself, and her President, from prosecution by claiming that no matter what the FBI may have done illegally, Obama told them to conduct the investigation "by the book."

We know there was nothing "by the book" about that January 5, 2017 meeting where Barack Obama floated the idea of cutting Trump off from intelligence briefings and Joe Biden encouraged the FBI and DOJ to go after Michael Flynn for violating the Logan Act, a statute that has NEVER been successfully prosecuted in hundreds of years.

We know that there is nothing "by the book" about the Vice President and the President's Chief of Staff unmasking Michael Flynn's name in intercepted transcripts of his calls to foreign officials (as part of his transition duties).

Biden and Obama were not just briefed. They were actively involved in these crimes.

You have an obligation to ensure that nothing like this ever happens again and for the people responsible to be held accountable.

However, for months, you have refused to act. You have sat on your hands and refused to even pretend to investigate these obvious abuses of power. Not a single person involved in this scheme has been forced to testify and answer for their actions. Not one high profile subpoena has been issued.

I want to be absolutely clear: history will not look kindly on you if you allow this to be swept under the rug. Any Congressman or Senator who aides in this cover-up will be remembered as co-conspirators.

You swore an oath. Part of that oath is to ensure that the constitution is defended and protected. We have evidence that the worst political crime in American history actually involved the former President and Vice President.

To turn a blind eye to this obvious lawlessness would be a violation of your oath and a breach of the public trust.

The American people deserve the truth as to what happened. If you refuse to give it to them, then you will be removed from office...
