For years, we have been asking the simple question: What did Barack Obama and Joe Biden know about the witch hunt into the incoming Trump administration, and when did they know it?

We have known for a long time that this investigation was illegal. It was illegally predicated on the violation of a law -- Logan Act -- that is unconstitutional and, for that reason, has never been successfully prosecuted in the 221 years it has been on the books.

We knew that the law was broken when Obama administration officials, without a warrant, unmasked Michael Flynn's phone calls.

We knew that the law was broken when the FBI and DOJ hid exculpatory evidence from Flynn and threatened to prosecute his son unless he pled guilty to a crime he didn't commit.

All of these violations fall under one statute: 18 USC 242 - Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law.

We know that Michael Flynn had his rights violated and we know that the investigation was illegal because it was fraudulently predicated. The only question is who is responsible for this crime.

We learned yesterday that the criminal culpability now reaches Joe Biden and Barack Obama directly. What did they know and when did they know it? They knew everything, and they knew it from the very beginning.

According to the newly released notes, it was Biden who encouraged the FBI to use the Logan Act as a false pretext. After hearing that, Obama responded by ordering the investigation to move forward and instructing Comey to make sure the "right people" were working the case. Comey then handed it off to Peter Strzok, the most anti-Trump agent in the Bureau.

Biden gave the FBI the idea to launch the investigation under a false pretext and Obama ordered them to go ahead with the plan.

You must subpoena these men to answer for their actions. You must subpoena these men and force them to explain why they instructed the FBI to launch what we now know was an illegal and unconstitutional investigation against the incoming National Security Advisor.

You can't escape this anymore. The evidence now shows that Biden and Obama both ordered the witch hunt. They must be investigated and forced to explain themselves under oath.

You have an obligation to pursue the truth and that requires you to subpoena Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and everyone else involved in this conspiracy.
