What the Supreme Court just did is unconscionable. By a 5-4 ruling, the Supreme Court ruled that Donald Trump must continue to abide by Barack Obama's illegal and unconstitutional DACA amnesty executive order because Trump (1) did not provide a good enough reason to rescind it and (2) did not take the "hardship" that would be felt by illegal aliens into account.

Donald Trump is now required to continue processing amnesty applications and sending out work permits and social security numbers to illegal aliens.

The law is clear. 8 USC 12 Section 1324a clearly states that it is unlawful for unauthorized, illegal aliens to work in the United States. Barack Obama's amnesty executive order was based on his promise not to enforce that law. It was literally based on the former-President's violation of his oath to "faithfully execute the law."

If Barack Obama had the power to suspend deportations by executive order, then Donald Trump has every right to rescind that order by executive order. Amazingly, the Supreme Court is now requiring the President to keep the amnesty program going until he comes up with a 'better reason' to rescind it.

This is madness.

And now your colleagues are trying to use this as an excuse to make the program permanent. At a time when now 45.7 million Americans are unemployed, they are racing to use this Supreme Court ruling to enshrine Barack Obama's amnesty program into law.

As radical as Roberts' opinion was, it left the door open for Trump to rescind the amnesty program for a different reason. That is what has left your colleagues so terrified.

They don't care that Obama trampled on the law and violated the Constitution. They don't care that the Supreme Court just invented this ruling out of thin air to give permanence to Obama's order. Many of your colleagues want amnesty by any means necessary.

It is shameful that it has gotten this far. It is shameful that while Members of Congress swore an oath to represent their American constituents, so many are only interested in doling out amnesty and benefits to illegal aliens.

There will be a reckoning. If you believe that this Supreme Court ruling gives you political cover to push an amnesty bill through, I am writing to warn you that you are wrong.

You will not get away with this. If you dare try to cement Barack Obama's unconstitutional or illegal amnesty executive order into law, I promise that you will be removed from office. If you dare prioritize the wants of illegal aliens over the needs of your constituents, then you are unfit to serve in any capacity.

You must honor your oath. Fight back against this activist ruling and reclaim your legislative power, not to cement Obama's executive order into law, but to toss it into the ash heap of history where it belongs.
