Late Friday night, while all eyes were on the riots, Chief Justice John Roberts issued a surprise opinion, ruling that cities and states can use the coronavirus as an excuse to suspend Americans rights.

Even though the CDC now estimates that the coronavirus is only around twice as deadly as the common flu, Roberts joined the four Leftists on the bench to grant cities and states the power to suspend the Bill of Rights.

Already, we are seeing local officials start to extend their closure orders targeting gun shops and churches.
