This is shameful. It is shameful that the Supreme Court had an opportunity to restore Americans' religious freedom rights, but instead chose to side with the tyrants...

Under Roberts' rulings, states are once again allowed to close down churches in the name of public safety and restrict how people of faith are allowed to exercise their religious freedom.

California specifically has now been given the Supreme Court's blessing to restrict church gatherings to no more than 10 people, no matter how big the church building is, and to even prohibit singing and certain musical instruments from being played during the services.

We have seen states and localities across the country use the coronavirus as an excuse to trample on our most fundamental rights and liberties. Now, they have the Supreme Court's authorization to continue.

This ruling is disgusting. Luckily, the Founders went to great lengths to ensure a system of checks and balances in our constitution. Your predecessors ratified the 14th Amendment to specifically give Congress the authority to intervene when cities and states deprive citizens of their life, liberty, or property without due process.

You have the power to step in and make sure that the religious freedom rights of all Americans are protected... and I am demanding that you do just that!

Historians will write about this time and tell the story of how politicians used the coronavirus as an excuse to trample on our most basic freedoms.
