Today, on Good Morning America, Joe Biden was asked if he knew anything about the Obama administration's decision to investigate Michael Flynn. We now know that investigation was illegal because it lacked proper predication.

Biden responded that he had no knowledge of the investigatory process. George Stephanopoulos pressed him further, mentioning that public reporting suggested that Biden was in the room. And just like that, Joe Biden flipped under minimal pressure.

"No, I thought you asked me whether or not I had anything to do with him being prosecuted," Biden admitted. "I'm sorry, I was aware that there was -- that they had asked for an investigation. But that's all I know about it and I don't think anything else..."

It took one followup question to pressure Joe Biden into flipping. We now know that Joe Biden is either a material witness or a co-conspirator to the greatest political scandal in American history. An outgoing President approved an illegal investigation into the incoming National Security Advisor. And now we know that the Democrats' presumptive presidential candidate was in the room for the whole thing...

You need to subpoena Joe Biden and to call him in to testify. Right now, Barack Obama and Joe Biden are the only two people who were in that room that have not already been forced to testify. We know that Obama gave the FBI the green light to interrogate Flynn even though they had no legitimate reason to do so.

You have an obligation to get to the bottom of this. The only way to do that is with a subpoena and compelled testimony.

History is being written right now. What the Obama administration did was criminal. You can be the one who makes history by forcing Biden to testify.
