It is amazing how many of your colleagues are trying to use the pandemic to push through their own agenda items.

Mark my words, there will be a reckoning for the Congressmen and Senators who held up the stimulus packages in order to push for their own radical pork projects. But amazingly, many of them have not learned their lessons.

President Trump has warned that the Paycheck Protection Program needs to be re-filled. This is the part of the CARES Act that provides loans and grants to small-to-medium businesses to save them from bankruptcy and keep American workers off of the unemployment rolls.

This shouldn't be controversial. You approved $350 billion in funding and it wasn't enough. The program needs more money or else American businesses will close.

So why are you allowing your Democrat colleagues to politicize this?

They are demanding that any PPP refill bill be attached to their elections package. What does saving the American economy have to do with federalizing American elections? Absolutely nothing. This is nothing but an attempt to steal future elections by opening up the door for voter fraud.

The proposal, being pushed by Elizabeth Warren would do three things: mandate nationwide mail-in voting, legalize nationwide "ballot harvesting," and force states to have at least 30 days of early voting.

Make no mistake: each of these proposals are designed to increase Democrat turnout only. We know that mail-in voting opens the door for voter fraud. Tens of millions of names on the voter rolls are fraudulent, ineligible, or inactive. Sending a ballot to every registered voter will guarantee massive amounts of voter fraud.

The same is true for "ballot harvesting." There is a reason that states typically limit absentee ballot turn-ins to just family members and caregivers, and that is to limit the likelihood of voter fraud. Not only does "ballot harvesting" allow paid political operatives to pressure voters into voting a specific way, but it opens the door for fraud as well.

And there is no reason to extend early voting to 30 days. People do not need 30 days to get to a polling place or to turn in an absentee ballot.

Let me be absolutely clear: If you vote for this package, or any of these specific proposals, you will have sealed your fate. Any Congressman or Senator who votes for this will be removed from office.

Americans are suffering. Businesses are closing. You have a duty to serve the American people, not the Left's political ambitions. If you cannot bring yourself to do that, then you will be relieved of duty.

That is a promise.
