The ACLU just filed a lawsuit trying to force the Trump administration to start releasing illegal alien criminals from detention centers. They argue in their lawsuit that the coronavirus is too dangerous to have illegal aliens held in detention facilities.

They are literally using the coronavirus crisis to try to force the President to start releasing illegal alien criminals into our communities.

This is absolutely disgusting. At a time when the coronavirus response has led cities and states to suspend their residents' first amendment, and potentially even second amendment, rights, the ACLU is putting illegal aliens first...

Because Trump's Remain in Mexico policy sends asylum seekers back to Mexico to await their court hearings, almost all of the illegal aliens currently detained are either known or suspected criminals. That is who the ACLU is trying to get released.

The lawsuit was filed in the 9th Circuit. They are hoping that they will get a liberal judge assigned to their case who would be willing to issue a nationwide injunction to block illegal alien detentions across the country.

While this would normally get shot down by the Supreme Court, the Chief Justice's office just announced that all 9 Supreme Justices are going into quarantine and will not hear new cases until the summer, at the earliest.

If this lawsuit succeeds at the District Court level, there is no telling the damage it will do before it gets overturned. Not only would such a ruling release currently detained illegal aliens, but it would prevent the administration from apprehending any additional illegal aliens.

That is why it is so vitally important for you to act right now! You must put a stop to this madness and prevent these radicals from forcing the administration to start releasing detained illegal alien criminals.

You were elected to work on behalf of the American people. Releasing suspected and convicted illegal alien criminals into our communities is NOT what you were sent to Washington DC to do...

If you cannot bring yourself to honor that oath and stop these illegal aliens from being released, I promise you that you will be removed from office, no matter what it takes!
