The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has now upheld the legality and constitutionality of President Trump's Protect Life rule.

For decades, abortion providers like Planned Parenthood have used accounting tricks to get around the ban on Federal abortion funding. Thanks to Trump's executive action, that loophole has been closed.

Instead of funneling our tax dollars to abortion clinics, they will now be re-routed to pro-life health clinics that care for women without performing or referring for abortions. This is just common sense.

Unfortunately, many of your colleagues can't wrap their heads around the fact that the Federal government will no longer prop-up Planned Parenthood.

They are now scrambling to force a vote on a Resolution of Disapproval to not only repeal Trump's Protect Life rule, but to block future Presidents from ever implementing it again. Quite simply, this is a resolution to restore Planned Parenthood's funding and make it permanent.

You must kill this resolution and any other attempt to undo this common sense regulation.

It is said that the best measure of a society is how it treats its most vulnerable members. There are no Americans more vulnerable than the unborn.

President Trump has done what Republicans and Democrats have spent years promising, but didn't have the guts to actually deliver.

You need to be defending the Protect Life rule, not scheming to reverse it...

I need you to pay attention to this: If you vote to repeal the Protect Life rule, or take any action designed to restore Federal funding to abortion clinics, I will not rest until you are removed from office.
