We knew about John Kerry's illegal secret negotiations with the Iranian regime to help them bypass President Trump's crippling sanctions.

We knew about Nancy Pelosi's crimes, where she went to the United Nations' climate conference and told world leaders to ignore Trump and negotiate with her instead on climate issues.

Now, we have another Democrat admitting to Logan Act violations. Sen. Chris Murphy held a secret meeting with the Iranian Foreign Minister during the Munich Security Conference. Murphy claims that this is because he believes the United States should always be talking to Iran.

But here's the thing: President Trump has deliberately implemented a policy of non-communication. He is hoping that crippling sanctions will be able to force the Iranians back to the negotiating table on our terms.

The very act of communicating with them undermines that policy.

The Founders fought to pass the Logan Act for a reason. They knew that the United States could never succeed if people outside the Executive Branch were allowed to negotiate with foreign countries on America's behalf. The Logan Act makes clear that any non-approved American who tries to take foreign policy into their own hands is committing a felony.

You now have three high profile Democrats who have not only been caught breaking this law, but are unapologetically bragging about it. And those are just the ones we know about...

When Michael Flynn held a conversation with a foreign counterpart during the Presidential transition, the Deep State use this purported Logan Act violation to set a perjury trap and ruin his life.

But when your own colleagues are caught doing something far worse, they are allowed to get away with it?

As a member of Congress, you have the power to make criminal referrals to the Department of Justice.
