You were elected to represent the American people, your constituents. Your votes are supposed to be our votes.

Any time a Congressman or Senator goes against the will of their constituents, they have to answer to the voters. If the vote is particularly egregious, they end up being voted out of office.

More than halfway through 116th Congress, you and your colleagues have passed a record-low number of bills. To this day, the 116th Congress has approved more subpoenas than pieces of legislation.

Instead of actually doing your job, Nancy Pelosi has hijacked the Congress in an attempt to remove the President of the United States from office. Over the weekend, Pelosi said that even if impeachment fails, she wants to make sure Trump is removed from office one way or another.

But now that the fourth Republican has flipped, Democrats are starting to see removal as a real possibility. Not only are they pushing for more impeachment articles, but now they are pushing to hold the removal votes by secret ballot.

They want to revoke the votes of 63 million Americans and undo a Presidential election without even having to go on the record. It is the ultimate cowardice.

They know that if they vote to remove Donald Trump from office, they will pay the political price. The American people do NOT support this sham impeachment. Instead of honoring the will of the voters, their solution is to cast their ballots in secret so they don't have to face the consequences of their actions...

I want to be absolutely clear: if you participate in this coup, either in secret or openly, you will pay the price. I will make sure that when all is said and done, you will be the one removed from office.

The 116th Congress has been the least productive Congress in American history. You have passed fewer bills than any other Congress in the modern era.

And now, your colleagues want to remove the President from office for a non-crime, drag the trial out for weeks or even months, and are even considering doing it in secret.

Mark my words: Any Congressman or Senator, Republican or Democrat, who participates in this coup will be removed from office.
