For months, we have been told that the House of Representatives had to rush to impeach Donald Trump because Democracy itself was at risk if they delayed any longer.

Nancy Pelosi promised that she would only pursue impeachment if the vote would be bipartisan and the articles would allege real crimes.

Not only did the impeachment articles pass with a party line vote, without any Republicans supporting them, but the articles themselves allege non-crimes. Abuse of power is not a crime and Trump's decision to challenge the constitutionally of Schiff's subpoenas isn't a crime. It is a legitimate exercise of the separation of powers.

Throughout the entire impeachment process, President Trump was denied due process. Trump was not allowed to cross-examine fact witnesses or participate in the investigation. Democrats promised that the President would get his due process during the Senate Trial.

But now, Nancy Pelosi is refusing to submit the articles of impeachment to the Senate. Under the current rules, by refusing to transfer the resolution or name the House's team of prosecutors, Pelosi says she can block the Senate trial indefinitely.

So not only is she openly denying Donald Trump due process, but now she is obstructing the United States Senate as well...

It is shameful that you have allowed it to get this far. What Pelosi has done to this country is unconscionable. If you allow her to succeed in this plot, I will hold you equally responsible!

But now that Nancy Pelosi has openly and flagrantly violated the Constitution, you must take action. You must launch a full investigation into Nancy Pelosi's actions and remove her from power.

If a prosecutor or district attorney did what she is doing now -- if they secured an indictment and then refuses to show up to the trial date to deny the accused a chance to defend themselves -- the Judge would throw out the charges and jail the prosecutor for contempt of court.

Why should Nancy Pelosi be treated any differently? There is no doubt that Pelosi is now violating the Constitution. The only question is whether you are going to let her get away with it...

But you must also move forward with the trial. You and I both know that the House's case against Trump is bogus. The Founders never intended for impeachment to be a political process. Nancy Pelosi has violated every rule, provision, and norm to try to destroy the President. If you allow her latest scheme to succeed, you will do untold damage to the Republic.

You must use every tool and power available to you to bust through the stonewall, proceed with the trial, and exonerate the President.

History is watching you. Will you honor your oath to the Constitution and put a stop to Nancy Pelosi's latest scheme?
