The secret is out. The entire world knows that our immigration and asylum laws are broken. The entire world knows that if they can make it to the border and step foot onto US soil, then they are guaranteed to be let in.

Border Patrol agents are now sounding the alarm on a massive increase in "exotics" and "non-continentals." These are the terms used to measure illegal aliens from Asia, Africa, and Europe.

And now, the Center for Immigration Studies is reporting that there are 35,000 African migrants marching through South and Central America en route to our border. This is the biggest caravan yet, and they aren't even from this hemisphere...

Enough is enough. President Trump called on you to address this crisis by closing the asylum loopholes that illegal aliens are abusing to gain entry into the country. Instead, you passed a humanitarian aid package to care for illegal aliens after they cross our border.

I am demanding that you put an end to this crisis and pass the Fix the Immigration Loopholes Act (H.R.586). This one bill would close the asylum loopholes that illegal aliens and traffickers are abusing.

The bill would end the family separation policy by overturning the Flores settlement and allowing illegal alien families to be detained together. It would shut down UAC loopholes to allow the administration to return unaccompanied children to their families in their home countries. The bill raises the bar for asylum applications to weed out asylum fraud and gives the government the power to punish illegal aliens that file fraudulent applications.

All of this is common sense and none of it is controversial.

So why are you refusing to push this common-sense bill to the floor? Why are you protecting these asylum loopholes? Why are you helping these human traffickers and frauds?

I am done asking for you to put the American people first. I am tired of begging you to honor your oath and protect the country.

Pass this bill or you will be voted out of office. It is that simple...
