Navy SEAL Chief Edward Gallagher is an American hero. He volunteered to serve this country on eight combat deployments and received not one, but TWO Bronze Stars for Valor.

Gallagher has endured more than any hero should. He has been ripped away from his family, locked away in disgusting conditions, and accused of committing war crimes... because he allegedly killed an injured ISIS fighter on the battlefield.

Yesterday, the prosecution called Navy Medic Corey Scott to the stand. He was supposed to be their star witness. But Scott did something the prosecutors didn't expect: he told the truth.

Corey Scott testified that it was HE who killed the injured ISIS fighter. He covered the terrorist's breathing tube and suffocated him. Scott also testified that though Gallagher stabbed the terrorist, the knife wound wouldn't have been fatal.

This testimony completely destroy's the prosecution's premeditated murder and attempted murder charges.

But instead of dropping the charges, Navy Prosecutors are hopeful they can still convince a jury that Edward Gallagher is guilty. If not guilty of murder or attempted murder, they are hopeful they can get this Navy SEAL hero on "Aggravated Assault" charges.

Yes, you read that correctly. Prosecutors have such an axe to grind that they are trying to lock up a member of SEAL Team Six for "assaulting" and ISIS terrorist on the battlefield.

You need to put a stop to this. The Judge in this case already removed the last prosecutors when they were caught illegally spying on the defense attorneys' email accounts. Now, these new prosecutors want to lock up a Navy SEAL hero for "assaulting" a terrorist. This is madness.

Reps. Dan Crenshaw and Duncan Hunter are leading the charge to save Edward Gallagher before it's too late. I am demanding that you join this campaign!

You need to use every tool at your disposal, every ounce of political capital you have, to free Gallagher before it's too late. That means picking up the phone and urging President Trump to sign the pardon.

Then, you must launch a full investigation into this prosecution and make sure that no American hero is ever forced to endure what Gallagher and his family has endured.
