The gun confiscation bill being pushed by Lindsey Graham and the Democrats is the most dangerous threat to Americans' gun rights.

The 2nd Amendment exists specifically to make sure that my right to keep and bear arms is protected from you. The Founders ratified the amendment to make sure that gun ownership remained a right of the people.

"Shall not be infringed" means "shall not be infringed." There are no exceptions to this rule. The 2nd Amendment exists to make sure you are never allowed to "compromise" away my right to self-defense.

That is why the Extreme Risk Protection Order Act is so dangerous. Instead of requiring the government to prove someone is dangerous or mentally ill, these proposals would authorize disarmament based on nothing but hearsay.

It is not a "compromise" bill. There is nothing pro-gun about it. Gun control advocates want complete disarmament and the "compromise" is that the GOP is only going to let them confiscate some Americans' guns...

You must stop this bill from from becoming law.

Instead of presumed innocence, Graham's plan creates presumed guilt for gun owners. Without even accusing someone of a crime or mental defect, judges would get the power to extend disarmament orders to up to one year.

You cannot allow this bill to pass. If it does, it will be abused. Innocent Americans will have their rights violated by this package and you will be responsible!

As I said: this isn't a "compromise." Putting the 2nd Amendment on the chopping block is not a "compromise." Allowing the government to fast-track gun confiscations is not a "compromise." Turning irrevocable gun rights into revocable privileges is not a "compromise."

You need to kill Lindsey Graham's Red Flag bill right now. You must fight back and block this entire package.

You swore an oath to defend our constitutional rights. That includes the 2nd Amendment.
