Earlier this week, an illegal alien drunk driver named Ismael Huazo Jardinez crashed into a mobile home park in California and killed three people asleep in their beds: Jose Alberto Pacheco, his wife Ana Pacheco, and their ten year old son Angel. Their 11-year-old daughter Ana is in serious condition at the hospital fighting for her life.

Jardinez was deported back in 2011. He snuck back into the country and was arrested for reckless driving. California, however, didn't think that his reckless driving put the community at risk, so they released him to prevent ICE from deporting him again.

Now that he has killed three people, California has once again released him on bail. An illegal alien killer who has already fled justice was just re-released from prison to prevent the Trump administration from apprehended him.

It has to end. These sanctuary city policies have to end. You cannot allow towns, cities, counties, or states to help illegal alien criminals evade deportation.

How many more innocent people have to die before you protect us? How many more lives have to be lost before you and your colleagues decide to protect Americans instead of illegal alien criminals?

The White House is actively negotiating over an immigration bill to secure the border and reform legal immigration programs. You MUST include H.R.516 in this package.

The End Sanctuary Cities Act is common sense. If a local or state government prevents law enforcement from cooperating with immigration investigations or help illegal aliens evade deportation, this bill would cut off all Federal financial assistance.

Not just Federal law enforcement grants, but ALL Federal funding.

If these local and state governments want to access Federal funds, then they must prioritize protecting Americans, not illegal alien criminals.

Every week, more innocent Americans are victimized by illegal aliens in sanctuary cities and states. If you block this bill from passing, the blood is on your hands.

You serve the American people. I am demanding that you honor your oath and put H.R.516 onto President Trump's desk immediately, otherwise I will have no choice but to remove you from office.
