As you know, felony charges are often pled down to misdemeanors. It is common for prosecutors to help illegal alien criminals avoid deportation by lowering charges from felonies to misdemeanors. Identity theft felonies become misdemeanor use of forged identity documents. Attempted murder charges can be reduced to  misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon. Drug felonies are often reduced to misdemeanor weapons charges. Hit and run killings get pled down to misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. And yes, even murder charges end up being lowered to misdemeanor  manslaughter.

For years, radical prosecutors have helped illegal aliens avoid felony convictions. Now, Congressional Democrats want to claim that since they aren't felons, these illegal aliens deserve amnesty and American citizenship.

You would have to be insane to vote for this.
