Yesterday, Obama-appointed Judge Richard Seeborg ruled that international law prohibits Pres. Trump from forcing so-called asylum applicants to wait in Mexico until their cases can be heard in American courts.

You and I both know that the vast majority of asylum claims at the US-Mexico border are fraudulent. There is no war, famine, or natural disasters in Central America right now. Migrants are being coached to lie to Border Patrol agents so they can get an asylum hearing. Since the courts are backed up months, illegal aliens hope that simply claiming to be victims will get them released into American society with a court date (which 90% of migrants don't show up for).

President Trump responded by declaring that asylum applicants must remain in Mexico until their court date arrives. This was implemented to crack down on the asylum fraud in the caravans and prevents illegal aliens from disappearing into the country and skipping their court date. There are literally tens of thousands of migrants waiting in Mexico right now.

District Court Judge Richard Seeborg just ruled that this is illegal because it violates international law. He ruled that it is a illegal to deport asylum applicants to Mexico because Mexico is dangerous. So not only do Hondurans, Guatemalans, and Salvadorans have a right to claim persecution in their native countries -- even though there is no dictatorship or war to flee -- but Judge Seeborg also claims they would be persecuted in Mexico as well.

This is a disgusting ruling. The United States has forced asylum applicants to wait overseas for their cases to be processed for decades. This idiotic ruling says that anyone who wants to come here has a right to live here while we decide whether their application is real or not.

President Trump is doing everything he can to keep this country safe. But he cannot do this alone.

This is your doing. For years, you have watched this border crisis develop and refused to do anything to stop it. Now, Border Patrol is staring down an invasion and a lone Obama judge just ordered them to re-open the border. The ruling does not go into effect until the end of the week. You have time to fix this.

You cannot stay on the sidelines anymore. You know what needs to be done. You must pass the Fix the Immigration Loopholes Act immediately and end this crisis once and for all. This legislation would allow Border Patrol to immediately reject fraudulent asylum applications and crack down on traffickers using children as pawns to gain entry into the country.

We now have Federal Judges using international law to bring more illegal aliens into the country. You swore an oath to protect the Constitution and the American People against this kind of gross Judicial activism. It is time for you to honor that oath!

If you will not take action right now, then you must be removed from office. There is no other way...
