The United States Senate is voting TODAY on a bill to block Pres. Trump's border wall national emergency. At least 18 Senate Republicans have either promised or threatened to vote with Democrats to override the President's emergency order.

If that happens the Left will have the votes they need not just to pass the resolution, but also to override Trump's veto as well!

How dare you even consider voting to block President Trump's border wall national emergency?

In the four decades since the National Emergencies Act was passed, Congress has never tried to overrule the President like this. Past Presidents have used American tax dollars to prop up foreign countries and Congress didn't bat an eyelash. But now that President Trump is using the statute to protect our national security, there is all of a sudden a rush to block him.

How dare you?

Honestly, how dare you condemn the American people to living in a country with open borders. Just this week, there were two high-profile illegal alien arrests. A 12-year-old girl was raped by a twice-deported illegal alien in Alabama and a 59-year-old woman was murdered by a previously-deported illegal alien in California.

This is what open borders looks like. Border Patrol desperately needs the wall. Not because it will stop all drug or human smugglers from crossing in these sectors, but because it will allow them to allocate their agents to patrolling other areas of the border.

How many Americans need to be victimized or killed before you recognize that this is an emergency and allow President Trump to secure the border?

Not. One. More.

The vote is happening today in the Senate to block President Trump from using emergency powers to build the wall. If you support this Resolution of Disapproval, you will be removed from office. That isn't a threat, it is a promise.

The American people have suffered for far too long waiting for politicians to secure the border. We finally have a President willing to do whatever it takes and you want to block him from succeeding? It's shameful.
