DHS is expecting to capture a million illegal aliens this year, a huge increase over last year's numbers. And that doesn't include the illegals who evade capture.

President Trump is using the powers that Congress gave him to solve this crisis. He is reprogramming funding in the DOJ and Pentagon to build 250 miles of border wall.

Every President since Jimmy Carter has used this provision to declare national emergencies. None of them have ever been challenged by Congress.
