A day after Establishment Republicans and Democrats started negotiating over an immigration bill, we learned that the Republicans are once again taking the border wall off the table!

President Trump hit back by promising to declare a national emergency if Congress won't do its job.

But RINOs like Marco Rubio are promising to help Democrats block an executive order if Trump tries to secure the border using his legal and constitutional powers.

The GOP is surrendering as fast as they can. You MUST fight back!

Please, whatever you do, Tell Congress that you will remove ANYONE from office who attempts to block President Trump from securing the southern border and building the wall!

A day into conference negotiations and we are learning that the GOP has once again taken a border wall off the table.

President Trump re-opened the government assuming that you and your colleagues would engage in good faith negotiations. You and I both know that a border wall is non-negotiable.

But the negotiators that YOU sent to the bargaining table are apparently not going to fund the wall.

President Trump responded by promising -- not threatening, but promising -- to declare a national emergency if Congress won't approve the wall funding.

He has the legal and constitutional authority to do this. Since the National Emergencies Act passed in 1976, every President has used this power to disburse discretionary funding to national security priorities. Currently, there are 31 active National Emergencies. Trump has only declared a handful of them.

Border security didn't used to be political. Republicans and Democrats used to agree that securing the border was important and necessary. It only became controversial under Trump. Your Democrat colleagues are so eager to deny Trump a "win" that they're willing to keep the border open to do it.

How many more Americans need to be killed or victimized at the hands of illegal alien criminals before you honor your oath to protect us?

If President Trump must declare a national emergency to keep us safe, I will support him.

And if you try -- in any way -- to block him, I will not rest until you are removed from office! That is a promise and I hope, for your sake, that you are wise enough to take it seriously.
