The Left has already gotten five Republicans to sign onto their gun control package in the House. Now, they're working to get the votes in the Senate to them as well.

Ronald Reagan once said that our freedoms are never more than a generation away from extinction. He was right. After trying to get these unconstitutional bills through for over 15 years, Democrats now say they have the votes to get it done.

This week, House and Senate Democrats unveiled two of the worst gun control bills that have ever been introduced.

HR.6 would mandate universal background checks for all firearm purchases and transfers, even those that are done privately. In order to keep track of who has what guns, the Federal government would have to create a registry of American gun owners and their guns.

History has always shown us that firearm registration leads to forced confiscations. Some of your colleagues are trying to skip the slippery slope entirely and attach a 'red flag' bill to the package that would allow for gun owners to be disarmed and have their rights suspended without even being charged with a crime.

In the Senate, Dianne Feinstein introduced SB.66, the latest version of her "assault weapon ban." Except, instead of simply targeting guns based on their cosmetic attachments, this bill would ban any semi-automatic rifle or shotgun that can be held in someone's hand. The bill defines a pistol grip as "any other characteristic that can function as a grip."

How dare you target my 2nd Amendment rights?

Seriously, how dare you allow Congress to even consider these unconstitutional gun control packages? It is disgusting that these flagrantly unconstitutional proposals are even being assigned bill numbers...
