Judge Emmet Sullivan just issued the most radical court ruling I have ever seen. He is imposing United Nations law onto the United States and requiring that the Trump administration accept asylum claims from illegal aliens claiming to be victims of gang and domestic violence.

US law does not allow for these people to get asylum claims. However, the Judge found that the United Nations' law does apply.

Not only is this Judge using UN law to stop deportations, but he is ordering the Justice Department to find illegal aliens who had already been deported and fly them back to the United States so they can re-apply for asylum. Then, they would be given a pathway to citizenship.

This is the most radical ruling I have ever seen.

So why aren't you doing anything to stop this?

Rep. Kevin Yoder tried to push a similar amendment through committee earlier this summer, but the plan to expand our asylum laws was rejected. You and your colleagues have explicitly chosen not to allow alleged gang and domestic violence victims. You understand that this would open the door for unprecedented amounts of asylum fraud.

So why are you allowing this radical judge to get away with this ruling? Why are you allowing him to impose UN law onto the country?

Why are you skipping town without forcing a vote on the President's border funding bill?

This judge is trying to rewrite our laws and constitution to bring us into line with what the UN demands. You should be fighting this with every fiber of your being. Except all I hear from Congress is crickets. An activist judge is rewriting US law to impose the United Nations' will on the country and you aren't doing a thing to stop him...
