The deadline to fund the government is now less than a week away. Many of your colleagues are using this opportunity to chip away at the United States' sovereignty by restoring funding to the United Nations' radical climate programs.

You need to understand something: The United Nation's Paris Climate Treaty is unconstitutional. Barack Obama signed it without Congressional ratification. He then tried to funnel $3 billion into the United Nations' coffers without Congress appropriating that money.

President Trump shut it down. He withdrew from the agreement and ended the Obama-approved payments. The UN's Green Climate Fund was going bankrupt... but then a number of your colleagues slipped funding into last year's omnibus to save the project.

Just this week, the United Nations announced new, stricter rules for the implementation of the Paris Climate Treaty. Countries are now required to make steep cuts to their emissions and give away billions to help 3rd World countries like India modernize their industry.

You and your colleagues restored the UN's funding last year and now the globalists are demanding that the United States hand over the $3 billion that Obama promised them.

This is unacceptable.

You swore an oath to put America first. If you allow your colleagues to slip this funding into the next round of spending bills, I will hold you personally responsible.

This treaty was unconstitutional the minute that Obama signed it. But if you even think of restoring the UN's funding to Obama-levels, I will not rest until you are removed from office.

For far too long, the United Nations has used US tax dollars to chip away at our sovereignty. That ends now!
