The Mexican government failed to stop these people. Instead of arresting these illegal aliens, the Mexican police is now giving them a security escort. When the media's cameras are out, the illegal migrants stand side-by-side, ten people across. Their ranks now stretch for two miles down the road.

When the media turns the cameras off, they hop in busses and pickup trucks to make up as much ground as possible.

It is a race against the clock. They know they need to reach the border before Trump mobilizes the military. Organizers are hoping to grow the caravan to tens of thousands of people over the next couple of days, and more migrants are leaving Central American countries to try to join up with them.

We gave diplomacy a chance. Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, and now Mexico have refused to do anything to help.
