Over a year ago, you and your colleagues issued a lawful subpoena to the DOJ for all of the underlying "evidence" behind the Trump-Russia investigation. Rod Rosenstein and the DOJ refused to comply with the order. They handed over some documents, but decided that Congress doesn't have a right to see how the investigation got started.

They defied the subpoena and refused to surrender hundreds of pages of documents.

Last week, President Trump stepped in and directed the DOJ and FBI to immediately declassify these documents and release them. As the nation's top classification authority, the President has the power to unilaterally declassify any document he wants.

Once again, the Deep State refused to comply with the order. Instead, Rosenstein has referred the President's "request" to the DOJ Inspector General to decide whether it is proper.

The President of the United States issued a direct order and the Deep State is trying to launch an investigation against him.

This is treason.

Your colleagues have been demanding it. In an unprecedented turn, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Adam Schiff, and Mark Warner sent a letter to the DOJ ordering them to block the President's "access to any sensitive law enforcement or national security information related to an ongoing federal investigation examining conduct by the President, his campaign, or his associates." Members of Congress are now ordering an Executive Branch Agency to defy the President.

Why are you letting this happen? Why are you letting the Deep State get away with this coup d'etat?

The only reason we are in this situation is because YOU allowed Rod Rosenstein and his allies to hide these documents. You placed them under a lawful subpoena and did nothing when the DOJ defied the order.

Through your inaction, you have plunged this country into a Constitutional crisis.

How dare you? How dare you allow for this to continue?

I am demanding that you exercise your lawful and constitutional authorities to seize these subpoenaed documents by any means necessary.

You must seize these documents and then force every DOJ and FBI official involved to publicly testify under oath and answer for their crimes.

Anything less would be a dereliction of duty...
