You should be ashamed of yourself. Delaying Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation is absolutely shameful.

He sat before the Committee and begged you and your colleagues to spare his family from these ridiculous smears.

In the ten days since the first allegation was aired, Brett Kavanaugh has been accused of being everything from a violent drunk, to a flasher, to the mastermind behind a string of gang rape parties.

You have allowed this good man's name to be dragged through the mud. For what? Politics?

None of these allegations have any corroborating evidence. Every witness who has been named denied the allegations under penalty of felony. Even Christine Blasey Ford's testimony couldn't hold up under questioning. She claimed she needed a delay so she could drive across country because of her fear of flying. We learned this week that was a complete lie. She's a world traveler.

It was absolutely shameful to watch Congressional Republicans cave yesterday and delay the confirmation vote.

But Democrats already smell blood in the water. Ford's attorneys are demanding a limitless, open-ended investigation. Senator Coons came out and demanded the FBI investigate all new allegations against Kavanaugh. There haven't been any new ones, but he apparently knows they're coming...

This is all being done to stall Kavanaugh's confirmation as long as possible. The FBI will not reach conclusions. All you and your colleagues will get are redundant 302s. But this was never about getting to the truth. This is just about blocking Kavanaugh for as long as possible.

If they can stop him from hearing 6-10 cases on the Supreme Court this term, they will call it a victory.

If they can stop him from being confirmed before the midterms, they will call it a victory.

If they can block Trump from putting anyone onto the Supreme Court, they will call it a victory.

That is all they want and it is shameful to see you fall for it...

I am going to only say this once. I am demanding that you do everything in your power to force Brett Kavanaugh's nomination through. I don't care what it takes, do it. Not in a week... not in a month... now!

If you go along with these ridiculous demands, then I will consider you an accessory to these heinous tactics. And you will be removed from office as soon as your name appears up on the ballot...
