After weeks of claiming that Republicans were withholding documents crucial to Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation, we just learned that Democrats have been doing the same.

Dianne Feinstein's office has been sitting on a letter for over six weeks claiming that Brett Kavanaugh assaulted a woman when he was a minor.

The Democrats could have questioned Kavanaugh on these allegations during his hearing. Instead, they stayed quiet and held the allegation until the last possible moment.

Now, an unapologetic opponent of the President is coming forward as the woman behind the accusation. She is a Democrat donor and has even joined the ACLU in suing President Trump over his border enforcement policies. She has accused the President of deliberately "traumatizing children" through the "intentional infliction of pain" by enforcing our immigration laws.

This is a partisan smear. Surely you can see this.

The Democrats waited until the 11th hour to put these allegations forward. None of the allegations are provable. The woman has zero evidence, never told anyone about the "attack" those years ago, and can't even remember what year it happened in. But Democrats are demanding the confirmation process be delayed.

Of course that's what they want. They've been demanding that since the minute Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement, before Trump had even nominated anyone. They have one goal and one goal only: keep the seat vacant for as long as possible, hopefully until Democrats retake Congress. It is so transparent.

Are you going to fall for this? Are you going to fall for this trick? Or will you stand up for Conservatives and confirm this exceptionally qualified nominee?

Republican Leadership has been saying for months that the Supreme Court confirmation will determine how people vote in November, specifically when it comes to vulnerable red state Democrats. But I am here to tell you that if Congress delays or blocks Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation in any way based on these completely unsubstantiated allegations, you will not get my vote.

That is a promise.
