Congressional Democrats just filed a FOIA request, demanding millions of pages of documents from Brett Kavanaugh's time in the Bush White House.

These documents have nothing to do with Kavanaugh's fitness to serve on the Supreme Court. He has already been confirmed to the DC Circuit Court of Appeals without any of these documents being reviewed.

No, Democrats have decided to play dirty. They are pulling out all the stops to deny Kavanaugh a spot on the bench.

We saw what happened with Ryan W. Bounds' nomination. Democrats dug deep and found inflammatory articles that he wrote for his school newspaper. They went all the way back to his school paper. That was enough to turn a handful of Republicans against him and stop a Conservative from being added to the bench in the 9th Circuit...

Brett Kavanaugh has a stellar judicial record. So now, the Left is trying to find something -- anything -- in his past to destroy him.

They have just launched a FOIA lawsuit demanding millions of pages of records. You and I both know that if they get these records, they can stall Kavanaugh's nomination indefinitely. Senator McConnell has already admitted that if the Democrats succeed, they will be able to push the confirmation vote back to mid-November... after the midterms.

The Left knows that if they can stall Kavanaugh's confirmation for just a few months, they could potentially retake Congress and block him permanently. They want every single work document Kavanaugh has ever touched, hoping that he has sent an email or written a note that they can turn into a scandal.

What is even more pathetic is that the GOP leadership is going to let them do it!

No political party has ever tried to introduce a million documents into a judicial confirmation process. No one has ever stooped that low.

Then again, no political party has ever been as obstructionist as the Democrats, either... They are bastardizing the Congressional rules to stall the confirmation.

It's time to move forward.

You need to put a stop to all of this obstruction, in both the House and the Senate. Start pushing through the conservative agenda and Pres. Trump's nominees now, or else.

I don't care what it takes. You need to bust through this obstruction NOW.

Otherwise, you will be voted out of office.
