Over the past couple of months, Rod Rosenstein's actions sealed his fate.

He has repeatedly and defiantly ignore lawful Congressional subpoenas for government records. Not only has he been caught editing documents that were handed over, but he has openly admitted that not all of Congress' subpoenas would be complied with.

After recommending that Donald Trump fire James Comey, Rod Rosenstein turned around and appointed Robert Mueller to investigate Trump... for firing James Comey. The man is supposed to be managing Mueller, but he has let the Trump-Russia witch hunt go off the rails.

While it is DOJ policy to use a handful of internal lawyers to help vet judicial nominees, Rosenstein is now calling for 93 Federal Prosecutors to pore through Brett Kavanaugh's records. This is unheard of.

But yesterday's actions really take the cake. Instead of keeping the indictments sealed to try to lure Russians into the US or an extradition country, Rosenstein decided to announce 12 indictments against Russian hackers just days before the Trump-Putin summit.

Rosenstein believes he is above the law. He thinks he is untouchable. House Conservatives think differently.

They have drafted articles of impeachment against Rosenstein and are planning on formally introducing them on Monday.

You must support this effort. Congress has lawful and constitutional oversight duties. To let Rosenstein off the hook for defying lawful subpoenas would cause irreparable damage to the United States Congress.

Rosenstein was given a deadline to comply with Congress' subpoena and he ignored it. Now, those in Congressional Leadership are trying to protect him from having to face the consequences for his obstruction.

You must to reassert your authority and hold this criminal accountable!

Congress has a lawful and constitutional oversight responsibility. When government officials abuse their power, it is up to you to hold them to account for their crimes.
