Breaking: Deep State Contempt and Impeachment Vote Set for Wednesday!

It's happening. Devin Nunes just announced that if Rod Rosenstein and the DOJ don't comply with Congressional subpoenas today, Contempt of Congress and, yes, impeachment votes will commence on Wednesday.

Paul Ryan is rushing to stop Conservatives from removing Rosenstein from office. He wants to have Congress "censure" Rosenstein, which is nothing but a slap on the wrist.

Right now, a Contempt vote has already been scheduled. Impeachment would be immediately after.

Rod Rosenstein has violated the public's trust and openly defied a lawful Congressional subpoena for documents. He has personally threatened Congressional staffers and even edited documents to hide "smoking gun" evidence from Congressional investigators.

He must be removed from office.

I don't care whether you have an (R) or (D) next to your name. No government employee can ever be allowed to obstruct Congressional investigations like this.

When the DOJ Inspector General released his report last week, it included a text from Peter Strzok promising another FBI employee that he would stop President Trump from winning.

Rosenstein never handed that text over to you and your colleagues. He submitted every single Strzok text from that day, except that smoking gun.

Rod Rosenstein is refusing to comply with Congressional subpoenas. Those he has complied with, we now know the documents were edited and scrubbed to hide evidence of crimes. And on top of all of that, he is threatening Congressional staffers and demanding that they stop investigating his actions.

These are clearly high crimes and misdemeanors.

Congressional oversight is literally one of your Constitutional duties. If you will not impeach Rod Rosenstein for these clear and obvious crimes, then you have no business serving in Congress.

By allowing this man to continue obstructing Congressional investigations, you are showing the world that there are no consequences to defying Congressional subpoenas.

That is unacceptable. And if you won't hold Rosenstein accountable for his crimes, then you will be removed from office. That is not a threat, it is a promise!
