It is time to impeach Rod Rosenstein.

For the third time, he has openly defied a Congressional subpoena for documents detailing the DOJ and FBI's efforts against the Trump Campaign.

Instead of handing the documents over as the law requires, he is only going to let Paul Ryan, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, and a few other Establishment leaders see the evidence.

Conservatives in Congress are now saying this is the last straw. They have drafted the articles of impeachment against Rod Rosenstein and are now openly demanding a vote.

You and your colleagues have sent numerous subpoenas to the DOJ and the FBI over the past few months demanding they hand over the underlying documents that started the witch hunt against President Trump.

Every time, the FBI and DOJ rejected the subpoenas and just refused to hand anything over.

On each occasion, Rod Rosenstein promised he would work with Congressional investigators. He swore that he would comply with the subpoena and hand over the documents surrounding the efforts to spy on the Trump campaign.

At midnight, he changed his mind. Instead of allowing Congress to access the documents, he is only going to allow the leadership of both parties to see it.

Rod Rosenstein is openly refusing to comply with a Congressional subpoena. Honestly, enough is enough.

Mark Meadows and the Freedom Caucus have drafted the Contempt charges and, yes, Articles of Impeachment as well. House Intel Committee Chairman Devin Nunes has already promised a vote if Rosenstein continued to obstruct Congress' investigation.

It is time for you to get onboard and demand the vote!

You are a member of a co-equal branch of government. Yet, far too many of your colleagues seem to be okay with FBI and DOJ officials blatantly defying lawful Congressional subpoenas.

You MUST reassert your authority. You MUST hold these FBI and DOJ officials accountable.

That means holding them in Contempt of Congress. If they still refuse to comply with Congressional subpoenas, then that also means impeachment. They are openly lying and obstructing Congressional investigations. That breach of trust alone constitutes an impeachable high crime or misdemeanor.

Let's get one thing straight: We the People elected you to represent our interests and hold the Executive Branch accountable for abuse of power.

If you won't do that, then I'm sorry, I will have to remove you and replace you with someone who will.
