The Republican traitors actually did it. They filed a discharge petition to push Obama's Dream Act amnesty bill through.

They need 25 Republicans to join the Democrats to make Obama's amnesty permanent. They currently have 18 RINOs on board. They just need seven more.

We held the line when Obama tried to push this through in 2013. We held the line and defeated Hillary Clinton to make sure this type of amnesty never saw the light of day. We have stopped Boehner, McConnell, and Ryan from surrendering on amnesty.

But now, we're out of time. Dozens of Republicans are teaming up with the Democrats. If we don't stop this now, it will be too late.

The people didn't elect Donald Trump so that he could keep the status quo. He was ushered into power on a populist wave, with one of his main issues being enforcing our immigration laws as written and securing the border.

For years, Congress had been suing the Federal government to block amnesty from going into effect. President Trump announced that Obama's amnesty program would end. And yet, instead of applauding, many of your colleagues have been preparing legislation that would make the very amnesty you fought against permanent.

And now, they are moving to bypass the GOP leadership and force a vote on the Dream Act.

Florida Rep. Carlos Curbelo officially filed a discharge petition yesterday to force a vote on his amnesty bill. He now has 17 Republicans on board, with another openly promising to sign on.

Once the number hits 25 Republicans, all of the Democrats will sign on. Then it will be impossible to stop them from bringing their amnesty bill to the floor.

I am writing you to give you a very simple warning: If you think you can stab the American people in the back on immigration and expect us to forget when elections come around in two-years time, you are sorely mistaken.

The American people were clear. No amnesty. Enforce the immigration laws as written and secure the border.

That is the mandate you have. If you pass this amnesty bill without a secure border, more illegal immigrants will flood across and we'll be back in this same position a decade from now.

I want to support you. But if you go down this path and allow the this discharge petition, and the Dream Act, to move even one step forward, I will have no choice but to direct my support elsewhere.

You need to give Donald Trump the tools and funding necessary to enforce our immigration laws. Secure the border and deport illegal alien criminals. Hold sanctuary cities accountable. Anything less is unacceptable.

Stop this amnesty surrender or else the American people will replace you with someone who will!
