March 5th was supposed to be the day that Barack Obama's unconstitutional amnesty program ended. However, activist judges in California and New York have forced President Trump to keep it open.

The judges believed that Obama had the authority to create it out of thin air but have ruled that President Trump likely doesn't have the authority to end it. The Supreme Court refused to hear the appeal, sending the case back to the Trump-hating 9th Circuit.

Meanwhile, many of your colleagues are celebrating.

Democrats and Establishment Republicans want amnesty. Trump offered them a compromise if they passed his immigration proposals, including building a wall and ending the visa lottery and chain migration. The pressure of deporting Obama's "dreamers" was bringing these legislators to the table.

But now that these activist judges have blocked Trump from shutting down DACA, your colleagues believe they can have their cake and eat it too. They believe they can keep the amnesty program running and the border completely open.

This 'ends-justify-the-means' politics is shameful. They are willing to cede legislative authority over to the Judiciary just to be able to flood America with even more illegal aliens.

You need to honor your oath. Right now, activist judges are resurrecting an unconstitutional and illegal executive order and prohibiting the President from ending it.

Shut it down. You need to reclaim your legislative authority and end this judicial lawlessness.
