Today, the Supreme Court rejected the Trump administration's appeal. They are going to allow lower courts to stop the President from ending Obama's DACA amnesty program.

Just so we're clear, these activist judges believe that Obama had the right to create the program out of thin air, but are ruling that President Trump has no right to end it on his own.

This is complete madness. The judge in New York who ruled against the DACA termination actually declared that Trump's racism played into his decision to issue an injunction.

These activist courts have gotten out of control. But what is even more shameful is the fact they you are allowing this to happen.

Your predecessors codified into the law that illegal aliens cannot legally work in the United States. Congressional statute sets the definition for an illegal alien. And yet, President Obama decided to re-write this law to hand out work permits to illegal aliens anyway.

But now, these courts are declaring that Trump doesn't have the authority to end the program. Congress didn't approve the amnesty and activist judges have decided that the President can't end an amnesty program his predecessor created. These liberal activist judges think they are all powerful.

You must intervene. You need to shut down this unconstitutional amnesty program and get to work passing President Trump's border security plan.

Many of your colleagues are celebrating this court action. To them, the ends justify the means. They don't care what it takes, they just want open borders and complete amnesty.

This is shameful.

You need to honor your oath. Right now, activist judges are resurrecting an unconstitutional and illegal executive order and prohibiting the President from ending it.
