Barack Obama had no right to create the DACA program. The law is clear: illegal aliens cannot legally live or work in the United States. For Obama to give them work permits is a clear violation of that law.

President Trump vowed to end the DACA program and he did.

Now, an activist judge in New York is actually ordering Trump to restart the amnesty program and violate the law and constitution.

This is absolutely madness. But what is even more ridiculous is the fact that many of your colleagues don't even seem to care. Then again, they didn't care when Obama unconstitutionally created DACA. Why would they care that an activist judge has unconstitutionally revived it?

Your mandate is clear. You have a mandate to give the Trump administration the power to enforce the law as written and focus on interior and border immigration enforcement. Yes, that includes building the wall. Your mandate is NOT amnesty.

But you also swore an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. This is one of those instances... This Federal judge has absolutely no right to order the Trump administration to restart an illegal and unconstitutional amnesty program and for you to stand by and allow it would be a dereliction of duty.

You have a number of tools at your disposal, including impeachment. Use them!
