With the release of the Grassley memo, we now know that the Nunes memo was spot on. Obama administration officials used a fictional document drafted and funded by Clinton and her associates to get a secret warrant to spy on the Trump campaign.

This is beyond criminal.

And yet, the people implicated in these crimes were let off with just slaps on the wrist. Andrew McCabe is specifically named in the Strzok-Page texts discussing an "insurance policy" in case Trump had won.

We now know what that "insurance policy" was. It was the ridiculous Russia probe.

The evidence is clear. We know that these FBI and DOJ agents were biased beyond compare against President Trump. For months, their defenders have advocated that even if they despised the President, they were professional enough to put their bias aside.

It is now absolutely clear that they couldn't put their bias aside. They took the Clinton campaign's dossier to the FISA court and even though they knew it was false and that the author was unreliable, they still presented it as fact and misled the court into approving their surveillance warrant.

Your colleague -- Rep. Paul Gosar -- is absolutely right: this is treasonous. These people abused their power and weaponized Federal law enforcement against the opposing party's Presidential candidate.

It is time for them to be fully investigated, prosecuted, and if necessary, yes, prosecuted.

The DOJ cannot be trusted to handle this. Rod Rosenstein is listed by name in the memo. How could he possibly prosecute himself?
