Robert Mueller has given up on pursuing the false Russia narrative. Why? Because it was never true to begin with. The DOJ and FBI just testified before your colleagues that they have spent a year and a half going through the Clinton-funded Trump dossier and can't verify any of it.

That is why Mueller has expanded his investigation. He charged Manafort with tax crimes, a nobody Trump advisor with lying to the FBI, and now he is going after Michael Flynn and other Trump aides.

In Soviet Russia, Josef Stalin had a saying: "You show me the man and I'll show you the crime." It wasn't about investigating the crime, they would instead identify the political opponent and find something to charge them with.

The same is happening here.

The Department of Justice just confirmed to you that the document they used to start this investigation could not be verified after a year and a half of digging. The whole thing has been a sham from the start.

You need to shut it down. There are still appropriations bills that you and your colleagues need to pass. One of them is to fund the Department of Justice. Representative Ron DeSantis has introduced a single sentence amendment that would shut this witch hunt down for good.

"None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to fund activities pursuant to Department of Justice order 3915-2017."

You pass this and Mueller won't even be able to stock his office with coffee or office supplies...

All it takes is adding this simple amendment to the next DOJ spending bill. One sentence can put a stop to this charade for good. The Founders deliberately gave Congress the power of the purse to stop political witch hunts like this.

By adding it to a spending bill and passing it through the reconciliation process, you can end this fake investigation without having to worry about Democrat filibusters in the Senate.

Mueller has gone off the rails. Unable to prove that the President of the United States is a traitor -- because, he's not -- Mueller has now resorted to charging Trump's aides with whatever crimes he can come up with. You need to shut him down before this witch hunt spins any further out of control and this amendment is the only way to do it!
