Whoa: FBI Determined Hillary Clinton Broke the Law but Comey Intervened

This is a bombshell. James Comey's draft statement shows that he and the rest of the FBI originally found that Hillary Clinton had broke the law and been "grossly negligent" in handling Classified information. However, at the last minute, this was changed to save her from prosecution.

This comes on the same day we learned that Clinton's campaign manager, John Podesta, actually used his lobbying firm to help the Russians secure the Uranium One deal. His firm made $180,000 and never filed as foreign lobbyists.

Add in everything we know about the Clinton Foundation payments and Bill's $500k Russian speaking fee, and a clear pattern emerges: the Obama administration put its finger on the scales of justice to protect the Clintons.

Now, even moderates like Lindsey Graham are saying its time for a Special Prosecutor. It's time to finish this!

According to one of James Comey's draft statements, the FBI originally concluded that Hillary Clinton and others in her circle had acted "grossly negligent" in handling classified information. In other words, the FBI concluded that Clinton violated the Espionage Act. Yet, at the last minute, Comey amended his statement and substituted the phrase "extremely careless."

On its own, this is a bombshell. However, we also know that the Obama administration intervened to silence an FBI informant who collected evidence that the Clintons accepted Uranium One bribes. Obama's DOJ threatened to arrest him if he talked about what he knew.

There is a pattern. When the Clintons break the law, the Justice Department protects them. Even now, with all of this evidence, neither Sessions nor Rosenstein want to touch this.

But it doesn't stop there. We just learned that the Podesta Group -- a lobbying firm founded by John Podesta, Hillary Clinton's 2016 Campaign Chairman -- collected $180,000 for lobbying on behalf of Russia's Uranium One interests. They did not file their FARA paperwork to register as a foreign lobbyist.

When Trump's Campaign Chairman Paul Manafort forgot to file his FARA paperwork, Robert Mueller decided to throw the book at him. Yet, when Hillary's Campaign Chairman was caught doing the exact same thing, he was let off the hook.

The whole reason that the Special Prosecutor option exists is in case the Justice Department proves unable or unwilling to do its job. After decades of the Clintons being let off the hook, it is time for real justice.

You need to launch a full investigation into these crimes and cover-ups. You need to do everything in your power to appoint a Special Prosecutor to investigate these Clinton crimes.

Robert Mueller has charged Manafort with a decade old tax crime and is apparently about to charge Michael Flynn for work he did with the Turkish government. Nothing to do with Russia. And yet, a clear case of collusion between the Clintons and Russians now exists and you do nothing.

Get to work and fully investigate and prosecute these Clinton crimes and Obama cover-ups. Otherwise, I will replace you.
