The Supreme Court had to step in and overrule Hawaii District Judge Derrick Watson, who tried twice blocked Trump's refugee and travel executive order. After the Supreme Court ruled in Trump's favor twice, that same Federal Judge has once again intervened to block the travel ban.

Judge Derrick Watson rewrote the executive order to allow practically any refugee into the country, as long as they can prove they're related to someone in the country. Now, he is declaring the whole thing to be an unconstitutional "Muslim ban," even though Trump has added Christian-majority countries to the list...

Because of this activist judge, Pres. Trump is now powerless to block refugees' entry into the country. He has to let all of the unvetted refugees in.

Judge Derrick Watson is the Obama-appointee in Hawaii who tried to block President Trump's refugee ban on multiple occasions. First, he declared the travel ban was an unconstitutional attack on Muslims. Then, he tried to re-write the executive order to let practically anyone in. Not only did the Supreme Court overrule him, but they did so unanimously... twice.

They said that President Trump could block a refugee as long as they didn't have a close family member living in the United States.

So, Pres. Trump just re-wrote the executive order to not only comply with the Supreme Court's instructions, but also to remove Sudan from the list, and add Chad, Venezuela, and North Korea.

Now, Judge Derrick Watson has once again ruled that the ban - which the Supreme Court allowed to go into effect - is unconstitutional. With this ruling, Judge Watson has essentially allowed anyone to enter the country. Unless he is stopped, President Trump's executive order is dead in the water.

This judge thinks he knows better than Congress, the President, the entire Executive Branch, and even the Supreme Court. He thinks he is king.

Pres. Trump took the fight all the way to the Supreme Court and got them to overrule Watson on two occasions. Now, he is vowing to do it again, but Watson doesn't care. He's trying to block the executive order for a third time.

You need to put a stop to this heinous judicial activism. You need to cut this activist judge down to size.
