Repealing Obamacare was a campaign message in FOUR separate election cycles. While the message did not lead to Republican victory in 2012, it did in every other election.

Right now, we have a majority party in the House and Senate that promised to repeal Obamacare and a President who has promised to sign a repeal bill into law.

And yet, nothing has been sent to his desk.

In late 2015, you and your colleagues passed a clean Obamacare repeal bill and sent it to Barack Obama's desk. Understandably, he vetoed it. But the fact remains that every single Republican in Congress has either promised to repeal Obamacare or actually voted for and passed a repeal bill in the past.

Even Democrats understand the law is falling apart. Premiums are rising, deductibles are unreachable, and insurers are pulling out of the markets, creating a monopoly for those insurers that stay in the markets.

The promises of "you can keep your doctor" and "your premiums will go down by more than $2k" were complete lies.

The only thing worse than voting for Obamacare back in 2009 is allowing it to stay on the books today.

I know that you and your colleagues, at times, can be pretty tone deaf. But I want to make it abundantly clear. You have a mandate to repeal the Affordable Care Act. But if you fail and leave this devastating law in place, you will never again see another swearing-in ceremony.
