Last year, Barack Obama signed onto the United Nations' Paris Climate Treaty and committed the United States to all of its articles and clauses. The UN is now using that signature to prevent President Trump from withdrawing from it.

Article 28 of the Paris agreement says that signatories must wait four years after the agreement enters into force before they can withdraw. Since it entered into force last November, the UN is now preventing us from leaving this agreement until the year 2020.

How on earth can it be a "non-binding" agreement if we aren't allowed to leave it?

The fact of the matter is the Paris Climate Treaty has been binding from the beginning. It was a global wealth redistribution scheme designed to funnel wealth from the United States to the very countries that are stealing our jobs and industries.

Barack Obama signed this without your approval. The Paris agreement was never submitted to Congress for ratification as the Constitution's Treaty Clause requires. The previous administration violated the Constitution.

Now that the United Nations is actively preventing Pres. Trump from withdrawing, it is absolutely necessary for you to take action. You MUST declare the Paris Climate Agreement to be a bona fide treaty (which it is). Such an action would immediately void Barack Obama's signature. By declaring it to be a treaty, you would be declaring Barack Obama's signature to be worthless.

Not only would this withdraw the United States from the agreement immediately, but it would force future administrations to come before Congress if they wanted to re-enter it.

For the past eight years, the Obama administration used international agreements to bypass you and your colleagues and impose an agenda on the American people. President Trump is hard at work rolling all of this back. But he needs your help.

I am writing to demand that you reassert your authority and restore America's sovereignty by voiding Barack Obama's Paris agreement signature immediately!
