The Fourth Circuit Court just ruled that the President doesn't have the legal and constitutional authority to regulate immigration the way his predecessors had because he hates Muslims. That is the court's actual argument.

The ruling, representing the opinion of ten Democrat-appointed judges, determined that President Trump signed a refugee ban executive order "that in text speaks in vague words of national security, but in context drips with religious intolerance, animus, and discrimination."

Because President Trump once floated the idea of banning Muslim immigration - which he eventually walked away from - it is now unconstitutional for him to take action that negatively affects Muslims anywhere in the world.

If this ruling stands, does that mean President Trump can't bomb the Islamic State because their name includes the word "Islamic?" Since Iran is also a Muslim-majority country, does that mean that applying future sanctions against their missile program is unconstitutional as well?

It is easy to see how dangerous and unconstitutional this decision is.

It was you and your colleagues who passed the Terrorist Travel Prevention Act, determining that these six countries pose particular threats to American security and warrant additional scrutiny for visa applicants. President Trump took this same exact list and expanded on the bill, shutting down immigration from there entirely.

The Court of Appeals determined that it is legal and consittutional for you or President Obama to designate these countries as hotbeds of terrorism, but unconstitutional for President Trump to do the same.

The Constitution gives you and your colleagues the authority to remove Federal judges from the bench. This Appeals Court actually accepted the argument that the executive order would be constitutional if any other President signed it. This is the definition of anti-Trump animus.

We know that it is constitutional to cut off immigration from specific countries. President have done that for over 100 years. The Fourth Circuit had no right to intervene and eliminate a lawful and constitutional power of the executive branch.

You must restore the balance and remove these activist judges from the bench. If they want to be legislators, they should take off their robes and run for Congress!
