News just broke that the Obama administration circumvented the Constitution and illegally spied on millions of Americans. This technique was used not only to surveil Donald Trump and his associates, but the Trump campaign conversations that Obama illegally spied on were weaponized and leaked to the press.

We know that the Obama administration asked for a warrant to spy on Trump. We know he was rejected by the FISA court. We know that the administration spied on the Trump campaign anyway and then leaked that intel to hurt President Trump. We now know these tools were used to illegally spy on millions of others.

The only question is whether President Obama knew about this. And that is what Congress needs to get to the bottom of!

The law requires a warrant for the Federal government to get a warrant before spying on American citizens. However, the Obama administration developed a loophole that allows for domestic spying when Americans communicate with foreigners.

One in every 20 NSA surveillance operations under the Obama administration used this loophole to spy on Americans without a warrant.

One of those Americans was President Trump. We know that this mechanism was used because Flynn's name was unmasked and the intelligence was weaponized to hurt the Trump administration.

Enough of the Russia conspiracy theories. The real crime is, and always has been, how the Obama administration illegally spied on the campaign.

But now we know that this warrantless surveillance program went so much farther than just the Trump campaign. The Obama administration spied on millions of Americans.

Even the ACLU is up in arms about this and demanding a full investigation.

And that is what I am demanding as well. You must launch a full investigation into this. You need to subpoena every single Obama official and force them to testify under oath.

This is a big deal, not just for the political implications of Obama spying on Trump, but the fact that these agencies were also weaponized against the American people and against the United States Constitution.
