Out of all of the witnesses called to testify in the Russia/Obama spying investigation, only Obama National Security Advisor Susan Rice has refused to testify.

It makes sense. She has a long history of lying to cover up Obama's scandals.

She blamed Benghazi on a "YouTube video," even though she was briefed that it was a coordinated terror attack. She claimed that Bowe Bergdahl "served with honor and distinction," even though the CIA concluded that he was a deserter who went to seek out the enemy.

Fast forward to this year: She was asked on PBS whether she knew anything about allegations that the Obama administration spied on elements of the Trump campaign by unmasking names. She said point-blank that she had no knowledge of any of that. A couple days later, she was forced to admit - on camera - that she was actually the one who requested that the Trump team be unmasked in intelligence reports.

We know from reporting that the Obama administration tried, and failed, to get a FISA judge to initially sign off on a warrant to surveil the Trump campaign. That makes Susan Rice's admission that she unmasked Trump aides even more egregious.

The fact is that last year, the Obama administration and intelligence communities requested that 1,934 American names in foreign intelligence reports be unmasked. Almost two thousand times, the Obama administration listened in on Americans' phone calls and communications without a warrant.

The only reason we know any of this is because one of the Obama administration's targets was the President-elect himself.

You and your colleagues asked Susan Rice if she would testify and she refused. You know what the next step is...

Representative Trey Gowdy is readying a subpoena to force Rice to appear before Congress. This subpoena would not only force Rice to testify, but it would allow the House Sergeant at Arms to compel her to testify if she still refuses. A similar subpoena is being considered in the Senate as well.

I am writing to DEMAND that you subpoena Susan Rice to testify! For far too long, Obama administration officials have been able to stay out of jail by simply refusing to testify.

That must end and it must end right now!
