Hillary Clinton swore under oath that she had turned everything over to the State Department. She lied. These emails were found on Anthony Weiner's laptop, a sexual and child predator.

That is the textbook definition of gross negligence. Allowing classified national security secrets to find their way to a sexual predator's computer is gross negligence.

The State Department just reluctantly released more than 300 never-before-seen Hillary Clinton emails. At least 29 of these emails contained highly classified information.

When Hillary Clinton testified before Congress, she swore under oath that she had turned over all of the government documents that she had created. Instead, the FBI discovered 29 emails on Anthony Weiner's computer. Not only was he not cleared to possess classified information, but he was actively under investigation for soliciting a minor.

The FBI discovered classified Clinton emails on a sexual predator's computer, emails that she claimed to have turned over but never did.

She lied to you and your colleagues under oath. She broke the law.

It was revealed last week that Loretta Lynch put her thumb on the scale and stopped the investigation from going too far. A DNC operative distributed memos reassuring donors and activists that Lynch would not allow Clinton to be prosecuted. It was also revealed that James Comey had convened a grand jury and that grand jury had signed off on subpoenas. However, when the subpoenaed data was found to be already deleted, the investigation ended.

I started this letter intending to ask you to re-open the Clinton email investigation. But the more I think about it, no... I DEMAND that you re-open the investigation.

Clinton testified under oath that she handed everything over and we just learned another 29 classified emails were discovered outside the proper place of custody.

You must hold Hillary Clinton in Contempt of Congress and force the DOJ to convene another grand jury!
