Yesterday, a Federal Judge blocked President Trump's plan to defund sanctuary cities. Not only was the judge an Obama-appointee, but he bundled and donated close to a quarter million dollars to Obama's Presidential campaign.

And now he thinks he can legislate from the bench...

Congress made a promise to the American people that they would defund sanctuary cities. Now that the time has come, they are running away from their constituents.

One law is 8 USC 1373.

“A Federal, State, or local government entity or official may not prohibit, or in any way restrict, any government entity or official from sending to, or receiving from, the Immigration and Naturalization Service information regarding the citizenship or immigration status, lawful or unlawful, of any individual.”

President Trump has instructed his cabinet to figure out legal and constitutional ways to withhold Federal funding from sanctuary cities that refuse to comply with this law.

Yesterday, a Federal Judge in California blocked the Trump administration from moving forward. The Judge's name is William H. Orrick. If that name sounds familiar, Orrick was a major bundler and donor to the Obama campaign. He bundled $200,000 for the campaign and donated more than $30k to Obama campaign's committees.

He gave the Obama campaign close to a quarter million dollars and in return, he was nominated to be a Federal judge.

Is it any surprise that he is now legislating from the bench to force Obama's policies back onto the American people?

We are talking about incredibly dangerous people. These are illegal aliens who committed violent crimes. The safest means of apprehending them is for local law enforcement to hand them over. Otherwise, ICE agents need to seek them out in the community, which is a lot more dangerous.

You need to defund sanctuary cities. This has gone on long enough.
