Police Dept Refuses to Help Re-Capture Violent Illegal Alien Fugitive

An illegal alien assaulted a Border Patrol agent during an arrest and then escaped from custody. Tucson Police refused to help re-capture the fugitive, citing their sanctuary city policy.

In Portland, a judge literally broke the law to help an illegal alien avoid arrest in her courtroom. San Francisco, citing President Trump's immigration orders, has officially withdrawn from the Joint Terrorism Task Force, meaning they won't help the Federal government enforce our anti-terrorism laws.

This is madness.

In the past week, we saw unbelievable defiance from sanctuary cities.

A judge in Portland, Oregon literally broke the law to help an illegal alien DUI suspect avoid capture by ICE agents in the courthouse. The Tucson Police department used their sanctuary city policy to stop officers from helping ICE re-capture a violent illegal alien who assaulted a Federal agent and escaped detainment.

Then in San Francisco, the city formally withdrew from the FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force, meaning that city resources will no longer go towards helping the Federal government investigate and prevent acts of terrorism.

This is getting out of hand. Each and every one of these cities receive sizeable grants from the Federal government for law enforcement training and supplies. Yet, they all refuse to help enforce the law.

It will take an act of Congress to allow President Trump to claw this grant money back. It will take YOU to make sure that taxpayer money doesn't go to jurisdictions that openly refuse to help capture illegal immigrants or even suspected terrorists.

The Obamacare repeal package represents the best opportunity we've had in years to also defund sanctuary cities. The legislation cannot be blocked in the House or Senate.
